Terms of Service

Domestic Coin is an application in which users accumulate an in-app balance denominated in DCN by interacting with the app, and may settle that balance to the BNB Smart Chain. Using the service means you accept these terms.

DCN is not a security, a share, a deposit, or a promise of return. Holding or mining DCN entitles you to no dividend, no profit share, and no claim on any entity. Nothing in this application constitutes investment advice.

Any price displayed in the app is set by the operator and is not a market rate unless and until DCN trades in a public liquidity pool. A displayed price is not an offer to buy, and does not guarantee that DCN can be sold at that price or at all.

You are responsible for your credentials and for any wallet you link. We cannot recover a lost wallet private key, and we cannot reverse a blockchain transaction. One person may hold one account; duplicate or automated accounts may be suspended.

Mining rates, energy limits, tier prices, bonuses and referral percentages are configuration and may change at any time. Changes are not retroactive to a balance already credited.

Referral commission is issued in addition to what a referred user earns. It is never deducted from their balance. Self-referral, fabricated accounts and similar manipulation will result in forfeiture and suspension.

Deposits must be sent from a wallet linked to your account; funds sent from an exchange or an unlinked address cannot be attributed and may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals may be reviewed before payout, may carry a fee, and may be subject to a minimum amount.

We may pause deposits, withdrawals or mining for maintenance, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a legal obligation requires it.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from blockchain network conditions, wallet software, or your own credentials.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Where an account is suspended other than for fraud, any balance already settled on-chain remains yours — we cannot and do not control tokens held in your own wallet.
